Housekeeper Full-Time for Hotel Operations in Sälen

We are looking for a full-time housekeeper for our hotel operations in beautiful Sälen. The position involves overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotels maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and guest experience. You will be a key person in our daily operations and work closely with both cleaning staff, reception, and other functions.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and plan the daily work of the cleaning team
Ensure high quality and standards in hotel rooms and common areas
Be a problem solver in everyday situations and ensure smooth operations
Introduce and train new staff
Maintain ongoing contact with other staff to create the best possible guest experience

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a similar role within hotels or cleaning organizations
Is meticulous, structured, and has a strong eye for detail
Is solution-oriented and enjoys taking responsibility
Is passionate about service and thrives in a role with a lot of guest contact
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Has a B driver's license

About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probation period. Start date is according to agreement. The position is located on-site in Sälen.
